The surrounding area is filled with notable restaurants, bars, and cafes, all within 300 metres. The property is easy to find as a distinctive orange building at the end of the pavement from the metro. A taxi ramp is directly in front for convenient trip planning.

All accommodation is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. Room types range from compact rooms of about 18 m2 to a spacious interconnecting suite with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine. Every room has a private bathroom (tub/shower), hairdryer, free toiletries, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, a seating area, air conditioning, heating, and an electric kettle.
