Hotel Details

Location

Conveniently located near shopping and dining with easy access to Franklin and Nashville.
The hotel is minutes from the Cool Springs Galleria mall and numerous restaurants, including The Placery for American lunch/dinner. It sits in a well-lit, safe area with ample free parking. Downtown Franklin is 12 minutes by car, Nashville city center 19 minutes, and Nashville Zoo 18 minutes. The location is ideal for I-65 travelers and for visiting nearby hospitals or corporate offices. Shops like Walgreens are within walking distance.

Accommodation

Spacious suites with a separate living area, work desk, and a 42-inch flat-screen TV.
All rooms are air-conditioned, carpeted, and include a private bathroom with a hairdryer, a coffee maker, a small refrigerator, and a sofa bed. Suites have a half-partition wall between the bed and the living area. King rooms feature a walk-in shower, while double rooms have a tub. The beds are noted for comfort, but some guests report worn carpets and dated furnishings. The overall property is in need of renovation, but rooms are generally clean and quiet, especially on higher floors.

Dining

Complimentary breakfast buffet with hot and cold options; on-site coffee bar and lounge.
A free breakfast buffet is available daily, typically including scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and continental selections. Quality and variety have varied, with some days featuring a full hot buffet and others a limited continental option. The on-site Coffee to Cocktails bar serves coffee, premium beers, wine, and cocktails. There is no full-service restaurant, but many dining options are within a short walk or drive.

Wellness and Leisure

24-hour fitness center and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
The fitness center is available 24 hours and includes cardio equipment. The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting. The pool area has sun loungers and umbrellas. A golf course is within 3 km. There is no spa or hot tub on site.

Facilities and Services

Free Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. A free business center, guest laundry (additional charge), and meeting/banquet facilities are on site. The 24-hour front desk offers fast check-in/out. Wheelchair-accessible rooms and public areas, a lift, a safety deposit box, and vending machines for drinks and snacks are available. Parking is free and private, with a well-lit lot. Luggage storage is free. The property is fully non-smoking and offers family rooms.

Top Strategic Tips

  • 01

Arrive at 3:00 PM check-in and use the free baggage storage if arriving early.

  • 02

Bring a laptop or tablet: many rooms lack accessible power outlets by the bed and have no USB ports.

  • 03

If noise or room freshness is a concern, request a higher floor room away from the elevator and avoid rooms near the sleep clinic on the 2nd floor.

  • 04

Book directly and double-check your bill at checkout to avoid duplicate charges or billing errors, which have occurred.

  • 05

Plan to use the free on-site parking lot, which is well-lit but has been targeted by vehicle break-ins in the past.
