The hotel is located on Jumeira's main artery, within 20 minutes' walk of Al Ghubaiba and Max Fashion metro stations or a short bus ride on the No. 8 bus from the stop right outside the hotel. Dubai International Airport is 12 km away, and Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall are about 10 minutes by car. The surrounding area has many restaurants, shisha cafes, and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. A free hotel shuttle runs to La Mer beach. By car, Sheikh Zayed Road and Downtown are quickly reachable. Free private parking in the basement garage is available for those driving.

Rooms are notably spacious for a three-star property and come in twin, double, and suite configurations. All include a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Standard rooms have either one double or two twin beds, a desk, minibar, electric kettle, tea/coffee facilities, in-room safe, and wardrobe. Air conditioning is standard. City-side rooms have a window to the outside; some units overlook the internal atrium. Suites offer a separate living room with a seating area and parquet flooring. Balconies are available only on a very limited number of Standard City-Side rooms and cannot be guaranteed. Road-facing rooms and those near the elevator may experience more noise. Fresh towels and daily housekeeping are provided.
