Mall of the Emirates is a 7-minute walk away, and the metro station (Mashreq and Mall of the Emirates stations) is about 300 metres on foot, providing direct connections across Dubai. Free shuttle services run to Kite Beach (via Mall of the Emirates). Free private parking is available in the basement, though spaces are first-come. The area is well-served by restaurants, supermarkets, and shops within a few minutes' walk. Traffic around the hotel can be heavy during evening peak hours, and the hotel is adjacent to a mosque; rooms facing the street may experience noise from traffic and early morning prayer calls. Rooms with internal views offer better sound insulation.

Standard rooms (32 m²) offer a queen bed or twin beds, while Studio and Suite rooms add a kitchenette (microwave, no stove or washing machine) and a dining area. Suites have a separate living area with a sliding door. All rooms are carpeted; some carpets show wear and staining. Soundproofing between rooms and from external noise is limited, and rooms facing the mosque or street may be noisy. Air conditioning is generally effective but some units may be noisy. Rooms have no USB charging points and no smart TV features (no Netflix). Extra beds are available in Studios and Suites for AED125 per night. Cots are free. Rooms are compact and some have limited natural light, especially those with internal views.
