CENTRO BARSHA - BY ROTANA, Dubai

The hotel sits in Al Barsha, close to Media City, Internet City, and Dubai Financial Centre. Mall of the Emirates is a 7-minute walk away, and the metro station (Mashreq and Mall of the Emirates stations) is about 300 metres on foot, providing direct connections across Dubai. Free shuttle services run to Kite Beach (via Mall of the Emirates). Free private parking is available in the basement, though spaces are first-come. The area is well-served by restaurants, supermarkets, and shops within a few minutes' walk. Traffic around the hotel can be heavy during evening peak hours, and the hotel is adjacent to a mosque; rooms facing the street may experience noise from traffic and early morning prayer calls. Rooms with internal views offer better sound insulation.

The rooftop pool (approximately 12m x 5m) is open daily from 7am to 7pm, with towels provided. The pool bar serves drinks. The fitness centre is open Monday to Saturday from 7am to 10pm (closed Sunday for deep cleaning). It features cardio and weight equipment, plus locker rooms. No spa or wellness centre is available. The pool area can get busy. Swimming lessons are available with an instructor (additional cost).

Free WiFi is available in all areas. The 24-hour front desk can assist with currency exchange, ATM, tour booking, and luggage storage. Daily housekeeping is provided; laundry service is available at an additional cost. Self-service laundry is available for stays of one month or longer. The business centre and meeting rooms are available for a fee. Free basement parking is first-come, first-served. A free shuttle runs to Kite Beach (via Mall of the Emirates) at 10:30am, returning at 2pm. The airport shuttle is payable (AED230 pick-up, AED180 drop-off). Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV, and key card access. The hotel is wheelchair accessible.
