The hotel is situated behind Al Wahda Mall, giving immediate access to shopping, supermarkets, pharmacies, and a variety of restaurants including Paul Bakery and Gloria Jeans Cafe. The main bus terminal is a five-minute walk, providing direct connections to Dubai and other Emirates. The Corniche beach is about a 15-minute drive. For those with a car, Al Reem and Yas Island are easily reached by short drives. Taxis are available directly outside the hotel.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a tea and coffee maker, a mini fridge, a safe, and a work desk with a leather chair. The private bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Standard Centro rooms are 22 m²; extra beds can only be added in the larger Spacious Centro rooms.
