Nearby attractions include IKEA Cheras, MyTOWN Shopping Centre and Sunway Velocity, all about 3 km away. The immediate area is a quiet business park with a mostly empty mall; 7-Eleven and a few local eateries are within walking distance, but the streets can feel dark and quiet at night. Taxi/Grab is recommended after dark for extra comfort.

Rooms are brightly painted and include a safety deposit box, electric kettle, and a sofa bed. Double/queen bed configurations are standard; triple rooms use a sofa bed for the third guest. The glass-panelled bathroom has a standing shower (no bathtub) and free toiletries. Some rooms have air conditioning that blows directly onto the bed, and train-side rooms can be noisy. Units are compact - adequate for couples or solo travellers but tight for families or groups. Interconnecting rooms are available on request (subject to availability), and baby cots can be provided for children up to one year old. No balcony or KLCC view.
