The Chow Kit Monorail station, a 5- to 10-minute walk, connects to Bukit Bintang, MITEC, Chinatown, TRX, and KLCC. Numerous local restaurants, including Cafe Capitol, Restoran Nasi kandar Ibrahimsha, and Kin Kin Restaurant, are within 0.5 km. The area has a fruit and vegetable market nearby. A bus stop is just a few metres from the hotel.

The hotel offers double, twin, triple, family, and mobility-accessible rooms. All rooms include private bathrooms with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries; air conditioning, 40-inch flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, tea/coffee maker, safe, and ironing facilities are standard. Evening room service is available. The restaurant can get crowded during peak breakfast hours. Some find the breakfast selection limited and repetitive over multiple days.

The fitness centre is free and open 24 hours. The swimming pool is located at the sister South tower, accessible to all guests; it is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and requires proper swimwear. There is no spa or wellness centre on the North tower property.
