Located in the Odenplan district, the property sits behind Gustav Vasa Church, a quiet area with easy access to public transport. The metro station is opposite the hotel, providing a 5-minute ride to the Old Town. Drottninggatan shopping street is an 8-minute walk away, and a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and cafes are within 5-10 minutes on foot. The city centre is reachable on foot in about 15 minutes or by a short metro trip, making the location practical for both sightseeing and airport transfers.

Room types include standard doubles, small doubles, triples, and basement-level cabin rooms. Standard rooms feature a private bathroom with shower, a work desk, and a 26-inch LCD TV. Some rooms include a tea and coffee maker, electric kettle, and carpeted floors. Superior and upper-floor rooms are more spacious, with some offering a balcony view of Gustav Vasa Church. Cabin rooms have small windows and a lower ceiling. Rooms near the breakfast hallway can be noisier in the morning, while upper-floor rooms tend to be quieter. The property has a lift, but some rooms require a few steps from the lift.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, bacon, pancakes, herring, smoothies, and gluten-free and vegan choices. Breakfast is available weekdays 06:30-09:30 and weekends 08:00-11:00; early departures can request a sandwich to go from reception. The dining room can get crowded during peak times. For other meals, the hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is a snack bar at reception and a 24/7 lounge with free tea, coffee, and water. Numerous restaurants are within a short walk, including Italian, Swedish, and Asian options.
