Hotel Details

Location

Located in central Charlottenburg, the property is a 5-minute walk from U-Bahn Sophie-Charlotte-Platz and S-Bahn Messe Nord/ICC.

The U2 line provides direct rail access to Berlin city center, making it quick to reach major attractions. Messe Berlin is just one subway stop away, while the Olympic Stadium and Waldbühne are four stops. The area offers a wide choice of restaurants, a supermarket (REWE) around the corner, a large park, and a local lake. For car users, paid public parking (€2.50/hour) is available nearby but cannot be reserved. The street itself may offer free parking spaces. A bus stop and multiple metro stations are within a short walk, providing excellent connectivity for car-free travel.

Dining

No breakfast or on-site restaurant is available, but each room has a kitchenette for self-catering.

Each apartment includes a fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes, and cutlery, making it easy to prepare simple meals and store groceries. A supermarket (REWE) is located just around the corner for supplies. The surrounding area offers a high density of dining options within a 5-minute walk, including Trattoria La Bella Sicilia, Rocco, Dasomi Korean Restaurant, and multiple other restaurants and cafes. For breakfast, several nearby cafes serve morning meals. The lack of a stovetop means cooking is limited to using the microwave and kettle.

Amenities

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas, and a lift provides access to upper floors.

Reception services include express check-in/out, an invoice service, and a tour desk. Luggage storage is possible during reception hours (currently irregular). A washing machine is available on the top floor for a fee (tokens). Pets are allowed on request for a one-time charge of €15 per stay, which aids travelers with dogs. The property is non-smoking throughout, with heating and family rooms available. Payment can be made in cash at reception or by credit card. Housekeeping is not automatically provided; towels and toilet paper are not replenished daily, so planning ahead is recommended.

“The accommodation itself was average, nothing particularly special, however, the microwave, dishes, and kettle in the room were useful additions.”
