The U2 line provides direct access to Kurfürstendamm (shopping), Potsdamer Platz, and Alexanderplatz. The Messe Berlin exhibition grounds and the ICC are one stop (2 km) away. The central bus station (ZOB) is about a 15-minute walk. For airport travel, use the U-Bahn to connect to the S-Bahn or bus - no airport shuttle is available. The hotel is located on the 5th and 6th floors of a residential building; entrance is via a common stairwell and lift. The immediate area has numerous restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket across the street. The Charlottenburg Palace gardens are nearby.

Accommodation includes double, twin, and family rooms (3 beds) with city views. Each room has a private bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Standard features include heating, a safety deposit box, and a seating area. Floors are carpeted. There is no air conditioning - rooms on upper floors can become hot in summer; a fan is sometimes provided. Noise levels vary: rooms facing Kaiserdamm avenue and those with poor soundproofing may be less suitable for light sleepers. Road-facing rooms can be noisy with traffic, and some units have thin walls where hallway or neighbour noise is audible. The lift serves floors 5 and 6 but in some cases only reaches floor 4, requiring a short stair climb with luggage. A kettle can be borrowed from reception.

The hotel does not offer breakfast, lunch, or dinner. However, the surrounding Charlottenburg district has a wide variety of eateries, including Persian, Italian, and kebab restaurants, plus a supermarket across the street for self-catering. Several people liked Sophie's Café and Morgenlicht Café for breakfast. A kettle for tea/coffee can be borrowed from reception, and some rooms have a fridge (request in advance). The hotel does not provide shared kitchen facilities.

There are no wellness or leisure facilities on site. For relaxation, a small lake with a café (Bootshaus Stella am Lietzensee) is about a 5-minute walk away, offering a place to unwind after check-in. The Charlottenburg Palace gardens are also within walking distance for a stroll.
