ICONIC APT EN PLENA PLAZA DEL CARMEN PARA 4PAX E3, Madrid

The location is a standout feature, placing you in the real heart of Madrid. Gran Via Metro Station is just 700 metres away via a 3-minute walk, providing direct access across the city. Major sights are easily reachable on foot: Plaza Mayor (600 m), Puerta del Sol, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum (14-minute walk), and Mercado San Miguel. Multiple dining options are within a 5-minute walk, including restaurants like MU El Placer de la Carne and StreetXo. As a ground-floor apartment facing the street, it provides easy access for those with luggage, but the central location means street noise is to be expected, particularly in the living area.

The apartment comprises one separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and one bathroom with a shower. It is designed for a maximum of four guests, though the space is better suited for two adults or a couple with a child, as the sofa bed takes up most of the living area when open. The bedroom offers a double bed, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. Air conditioning and heating are available. The apartment has modern decor and has been recently renovated. However, the ground-floor location on a central street means noise from outside can be significant, and natural light is limited by the street-level windows. The sofa bed has been noted as uncomfortable, and there have been reports of insects and dampness in the bedroom.

Free WiFi is available in all areas. The apartment is on the first floor with lift access for easy luggage movement. Air conditioning and heating are provided. Additional services include a tour desk and express check-in/check-out. Cots are available on request. Accepted payment methods are Visa and MasterCard. The property is non-smoking. Safety features include smoke alarms. There is no on-site reception, parking is not available, and pets are not permitted.
