A bus stop 2 minutes on foot provides direct service to the city centre, making a car optional. For drivers, the property lies outside Siena's restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so access is straightforward. Free private parking is available on site. The location is also convenient for exploring the wine regions of Chianti and Montalcino.

The property offers double, triple, and family rooms, all featuring private bathrooms with walk-in showers, bidets, and hairdryers. Each room includes air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a private entrance, a minibar, and tea/coffee-making facilities. Triple rooms add a bathtub; family rooms have four beds. The rooms are modern, spacious, and quiet, with high-standard renovations. Daily housekeeping ensures cleanliness. Note: there are no balconies, but garden-view rooms overlook the lavender fields and Tuscan hills.

Dining

Buffet breakfast with Italian specialities, homemade cakes, and fresh fruits. Coffee shop on site; barbecue facilities in summer.
Breakfast is served buffet-style and includes local products such as fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurt, and the signature homemade lavender cake. Gluten-free options are available. The breakfast is available for an additional charge and is highly regarded for its quality and freshness. A coffee shop on site offers hot drinks and snacks. During warmer months, barbecue facilities are available. There is no restaurant on the property, but two highly recommended restaurants are a 2-minute drive away, both with customer parking.
