Lidl is 30 metres from the door, with additional supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and a laundromat all within a 2-minute walk. The neighbourhood feels safe and family-friendly, with many bars and restaurants along the nearby main street. Despite being just off a major road connecting the city to the beach, the apartment buildings face a quiet courtyard or side street, making sleep undisturbed by traffic noise. The ferry port is within easy reach, making this a practical base for travellers arriving by sea as well.

The apartments are accessible via a private entrance with an electronic key code, and the buildings are ground-floor accessible; no lift is required.
