INCREIBLE LOFT JUNTO A LA CIUDAD DE LAS CIENCIAS, Valencia

The property is located 2 km from Puerto de Valencia and an 18-minute walk from L'Oceanografic. Turia Gardens and Bioparc Valencia are also nearby. Valencia Airport is 14 km away, and the tram stop is within walking distance for city-centre trips. The immediate area features vacant lots and limited services, making car use essential for daily needs. Nearby dining options within a short drive include Aquilino and Soho del Mar (0.5 km) and Bar Cristobal (3 km). The location is practical for transit stays or short visits by car, but is less suited for families or those expecting a central neighbourhood.

The accommodation includes a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a living area with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, oven, stovetop, toaster, and electric kettle. Rooms are air-conditioned, have carpeted floors, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and ironing facilities. The apartment is designed for short stays of a few nights. Some rooms are below ground level with limited ventilation, which can allow insects to enter, particularly at night. The interior is clean and modern as pictured, with the bathroom and shower noted as a highlight. The open-plan layout means leaving the door open for ventilation connects directly to the street.

The apartment's kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, toaster, electric kettle, and kitchenware, making meal preparation straightforward. There is no dining facility, breakfast, or bar on the property. Kitchen cleanliness has been noted as inconsistent, with reports of pests near food preparation areas. Nearby dining options within a short drive include Aquilino and Soho del Mar (0.5 km) and Bar Cristobal (3 km), which provide alternatives for meals or eating out.
