INDYS HIDDEN GEM, Indianapolis

The rooms offer a home-like feel with clean, comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. The double room features a shared bathroom with a bath and shower, plus free toiletries, a seating area, and a wardrobe. The Queen Suite is a spacious separate bedroom with a living room, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a dining area, and a mini fridge with complimentary bottled water. All units provide electric blankets, heating, parquet flooring, and streaming services (Netflix, YouTube, Prime). The space is quiet and private, with a pretty garden view from the window.

Since the property does not offer dining facilities, all meals need to be planned outside the accommodation. The provided electric kettle and tea/coffee maker allow for basic in-room hot drinks. Several restaurants and shops are within a short drive, covering lunch, dinner, and grocery needs.

The host can arrange spa/wellness packages that include the sauna, massage chair, and a range of massages (back, head, foot, full body, couples). The beautifully landscaped garden offers a peaceful retreat, with a patio, deck, and outdoor dining area - described by many as a quiet paradise. Board games are available for entertainment, and a golf course is within 3 km for those interested in a round.

The property offers free Wi-Fi throughout and free private parking on site without needing a reservation. Check-in is handled via a private and express system for a smooth arrival. Laundry service is available at an additional charge. Safety features include smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and key access. The home is the host's residence with two boarders also present, which maintains a lived-in atmosphere.
