Each unit features a private entrance, private bathroom (with walk-in shower or shower and hairdryer), a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker, kitchenware), air conditioning, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, a safe, and free toiletries. The bed is a double bed. The soundproof windows effectively block street noise when closed, ensuring a quiet sleep. City views are provided from the balcony or windows. Some units have 5 balconies overlooking a lively square. Rooms are spacious enough for two people for a city break. Note that some units have an open-plan design with the bed separated by glass rather than a wall.
