The rooms are functional but basic: there are no curtains for privacy, no chairs or tables inside the room, and no lockers larger than the under-bed drawers (which have gaps large enough to reach into). Some rooms have windows to the outside, while others have windows facing an interior hallway, which can let in light from the automatic corridor lighting. Walls are thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms is common. The air conditioning works well, and each bed has a reading light and power sockets nearby. Bedding and a towel are provided at check-in, but you must assemble the bed yourself. The property is described as newly renovated and clean by some, but others report hygiene issues with dirty bathrooms, kitchen, and occasional pests.

The shared kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle, cookware, and a fridge, making it suitable for preparing simple meals.
