A large supermarket (Maskom) is a few minutes' walk, and numerous restaurants and plazas are within a short stroll. The main train station is about 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car, and a bus stop with lines to the train and metro stations is nearby. The surrounding area includes a mix of lively squares and quieter streets, though some street noise and occasional groups in the vicinity are possible. For beach access, La Malagueta is an 18-minute walk.

Room configurations include studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Many have a separate living area, balcony or patio, and a sofa bed. All bedrooms in multi-bedroom units have their own en-suite bathroom, which is convenient for groups. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchenware), a coffee machine, a dining area, and a TV. Bed sizes include double and single beds, with some apartments offering up to 4 beds. Some bedrooms lack windows, and some units are on upper floors without a lift. Noise from neighbouring apartments and the street can be variable; walls may reduce sound from neighbours but street noise is still audible.

The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, and kitchenware, making it suitable for preparing simple meals. A large supermarket (Maskom) is a few minutes' walk, and several grocery stores and a gourmet marketplace (La Merced Gourmet Marketplace) are nearby. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of restaurants, including tapas bars and seafood options, such as Casa Lola, La Luz de Candela, and Bombay Spice, all within a 5-minute walk. The apartment itself does not have a restaurant or bar, so dining out is the norm. Coffee machine capsules and water are provided at check-in.
