The Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard is within a short stroll, while downtown Falmouth's restaurants and shops are less than a 5-minute drive. Sandwich Glass Museum is 34 km from the resort and Martha's Vineyard Airport is 29 km. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for walking, with easy access to Cape Cod attractions such as the Cape Cod Winery, bike trails, and bird sanctuaries.

All units come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a Mr. Coffee maker, and free toiletries. Studios sleep up to four with a king bed, whirlpool bath, sleep sofa, and gas fireplace. One-bedroom suites have a separate living room with a sleep sofa, a king bedroom, and a dining area; they also feature two full bathrooms. Two-bedroom suites add a second bedroom with twin beds, a second private bathroom, and an efficiency kitchen with dining area - sleeping up to six. Upper-floor rooms offer a balcony with ocean views, while lower-floor rooms provide direct access to the pool area. The pull-out sofa in the living area is firmer than the beds; the bedroom mattresses are comfortable. Soundproofing is solid, ensuring a quiet stay.

There is no restaurant at the resort, but every suite contains a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, cookware, utensils, and a stovetop. The kitchen is well-stocked for preparing breakfast, light meals, and snacks. Mr. Coffee machines with complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer are also provided.
