The inn is on a quiet, tree-lined street in Boston's historic Back Bay, just steps from the Prudential Center (mall and subway entrance). The Green Line T station is a 2-minute walk, providing direct access to Fenway Park, Kenmore Square, Boston Common, and Government Center. Back Bay Station is 5-10 minutes on foot, offering Amtrak and commuter rail connections. The area is walkable to many dining and shopping streets (Newbury Street, Boylston Street). The Museum of Fine Arts, Symphony Hall, and the Hynes Convention Center are all within a 10-15 minute walk. For airport trips, an Uber/Lyft costs about $20-30 CAD. For car-free exploration, the location is highly practical; the surrounding neighbourhood feels safe even at night.

Room types include studios and one-bedroom suites. Studios sleep up to 2 guests. One-bedroom suites include a separate living room with a bay window and decorative fireplace; these can accommodate a free air mattress for an extra guest (total max 4). All rooms are fully carpeted, have air conditioning and heating, a work desk, ironing facilities, and a closet with at least 7 hangers. Bathrooms include exclusive C.O. Bigelow toiletries, a hair dryer, and bathrobes. The one-bedroom suites offer a 4-poster bed and spacious living area. The suites are located in a converted brownstone, so room layouts vary; some feature a turret seating area. The rooms are generally quiet, and the residential street minimises noise even for rooms facing the road.

The breakfast is self-serve; the lounge also has tea, coffee, and water available throughout the day. For a larger meal, many restaurants are within a short walk, including Revolution Health Kitchen, Thornton's Restaurant, and Lucca Back Bay (0.5 km). A 7-Eleven is directly across the street, and there is a supermarket and off-licence two blocks away. The inn does not have its own restaurant, so the kitchenette in each suite is a key asset for preparing meals.
