Facing Falmouth Harbor and the marina, the resort provides direct views of the working waterfront and moored boats. The ferry terminal for the Island Queen to Martha's Vineyard is across the street, making it ideal for an island day trip without driving to a parking lot. Downtown Falmouth's main street with its shops and dining is roughly a 10-minute walk, and several restaurants, a pub, and a well-stocked grocery store are within a 1-2 block radius. Bristol Beach is 2 km away, easily walkable along the shore. The property sits on a busy road, but rooms facing the harbor remain quiet and relaxing. Parking is free and on-site, but a reservation is required for a space. For day trips by car, the Sandwich Glass Museum and Heritage Museums & Gardens are each 34 km away.

Rooms range from club studios and queen studios to one- and two-bedroom suites, all recently renovated through 2024. The Club Studio sleeps up to four with a full-sized Murphy bed and a leather sleeper sofa, plus an electric fireplace and a partial kitchen. The one-bedroom suite features a separate queen bedroom, a full kitchen (full stove, full-size fridge), a dining table, and two TVs. The two-bedroom suite sleeps eight, with two bathrooms and three TVs. Many units provide water views of the harbor. The suites are described as spacious, clean, and quiet, with comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchens. A notable drawback is that there is no elevator, so mobility-limited guests must request a first-floor unit. Rooms do not have balconies, but some units have a small deck or outdoor seating area. The sofas have been reported as firm, but the beds are generally comfortable.

The resort has no restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Each room comes with a full kitchen or kitchenette (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils), making self-catering easy. A large grocery store is one block away, and a 7-11, windfall market, and an Italian market are within a short walk. Across the street, two harbor-side restaurants and a raw bar offer fresh seafood and cocktails with a view. A selection of ethnic restaurants and cafes (including a Portuguese bakery and Starbucks) are about a 10-minute stroll along Main Street.

The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally and is a good size with lounge chairs. The pool area is well-kept and family-friendly. For rainy days, 2 km down the street another InnSeason resort offers an indoor pool that guests can use by arrangement. There is no spa or gym on-site. The sun terrace and barbecue grills provide an outdoor social space. The setting on the harbor makes the resort ideal for scenic walks, watching boats, and easy access to the beach (2 km) without driving.

Free on-site private parking is available but must be reserved in advance. Internet access (wired in public areas, wireless throughout) is free. Daily housekeeping is provided if requested. The front desk can help with luggage to the second floor, but there is no elevator. The property is a timeshare resort, so some guests may be approached about sales presentations. There is no airport shuttle. The resort does not have a dedicated business center or fitness room. No pets are allowed. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00.
