The Spagna Metro station provides direct rail links to Termini Station and other key areas. For those driving, two public parking garages (Villa Borghese and Ludovisi) are within walking distance.

Triple rooms have a king-size bed plus one single bed (three single beds cannot be provided). The apartment option includes a living room, separate bedroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen with refrigerator and cookware, and city views - ideal for families or longer stays. Rooms are soundproofed, but road-facing units may be less quiet. Some rooms feel compact, especially with a fold-up bed, and can be darker with limited natural light. The lift is very small (one person plus one suitcase), and the building is a residential one with typical Italian character. Rooms do not have balconies. For a more spacious stay, choose the apartment or a larger room category.

Breakfast takes place at the Negresco bar, a short walk from the property. The Italian-style continental breakfast covers the basics; for a fuller hot meal, the American breakfast option can be arranged at an extra cost. There is no on-site restaurant, but the surrounding area (within 300 m) offers numerous restaurants, including Pizza Ciro, Nino Ristorante, Tartufi & Friends, and Sugo d'Oro. The property offers breakfast in the room, and additional items such as fruits and wine/champagne are available for an extra charge. For a self-catering option, the apartment comes with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, cookware, and an electric kettle.

Given the absence of a spa or pool, guests planning to use such amenities should consider this booking decision carefully. The prime position puts the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and the entire historic centre within a short walk, effectively turning the city itself into a leisure zone. For relaxation after a day of sightseeing, several restaurants and cafés are right on the doorstep. Babysitting/child services are available for an additional charge, allowing adults some time to explore on their own.

Internet access is free throughout the property. Housekeeping is provided daily, with laundry and ironing services available for an additional fee. The shuttle service to/from the airport must be booked in advance and is not free.
