Metro stations Spagna and Flaminio (Line A) are about five minutes on foot, giving direct access to the Vatican and Termini station. For airport transfers, the paid shuttle (€55 one way) or a taxi is recommended, as the property has no on-site parking. The surrounding streets are lively with restaurants, bars, and a Carrefour Express supermarket next door, ideal for late-night snacks or supplies.

Rooms are available in twin/double configurations with 2 single beds or a double bed. Some units feature a mini-bar or small fridge, which must be requested at reservation. Tea and coffee-making facilities are provided via a shared kettle in the common area of some buildings. All rooms are non-smoking, with soundproofed walls and windows, though internal noise from other rooms or street activity can be audible in certain units - particularly those facing the street or shared corridors. Rooms are generally compact; those needing more space may prefer a deluxe or superior category. A few rooms have a small balcony overlooking the street.
