The residence is located on a quiet street in Trastevere, yet the historic centre-including Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori, and the Pantheon-is within a 15-20 minute walk. The prison adjacent to the property may result in occasional noise from street-facing rooms. Public bus stops are close by, providing easy access across Rome. The Tiber river and numerous trattorias and bars are within a short stroll, making the location convenient for both sightseeing and dining.

All rooms are newly renovated with modern furnishings. Garden-facing rooms offer a quiet retreat, while street-facing rooms overlook the prison and may experience noise from inmates and city traffic, as windows are single-glazed. Some rooms include a hot tub and garden views. Family rooms with additional bedding are available. Cleanliness is generally high, though can occasionally be inconsistent. Bathrooms are modern with good water pressure in most cases. For light sleepers, a garden-view room is strongly recommended.

The property does not provide breakfast, but the surrounding Trastevere area has numerous cafés, pastry shops, and restaurants within a short walk for morning meals. The bar is available for evening drinks, charged separately. Several highly-rated restaurants are located 0.3-0.5 km away, offering a variety of Italian cuisine.

The garden is a peaceful space with seating among orange and kumquat trees, ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The hot tub/jacuzzi is listed as a facility, but availability should be confirmed prior to booking as it is occasionally out of service. Bicycles can be stored in the garden (not in rooms).

WiFi is free throughout the property, though signal strength can be weak in some rooms. Luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in or after check-out. Self check-in is available for late arrivals; reception is staffed until 18:00 on weekdays and closed on Sundays. The property has a lift, making upper floors accessible.
