The hotel is centrally located in the 9th arrondissement, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and boutiques. Le Peletier Metro station (Line 7) is a 3-minute walk, offering direct access to the Louvre, Latin Quarter, and Place d'Italie. Opera Garnier is a 14-minute stroll away, and Galeries Lafayette department stores are 700 metres distant. Multiple metro lines (7, 8, 9) and bus routes serve the area, allowing most major Paris attractions to be reached within a 20-30 minute walk or short metro ride. The neighbourhood is safe and vibrant, especially around the Grands Boulevards.

The hotel offers double, twin, and quadruple rooms, all with private bathrooms (bath or shower) and free toiletries. A hairdryer is available on request. Each room has a flat-screen TV, parquet flooring, and heating. Free WiFi is provided but signal strength can be weak in some rooms. There is no air conditioning; portable fans are available during summer. Street noise may be audible, especially in lower-floor rooms facing the main road; windows are double-glazed but soundproofing is limited. The lift is very compact (one person with luggage). Some rooms open onto a shared balcony. Daily housekeeping and towel changes are provided. Tea and coffee facilities are not available in rooms, but the reception can provide hot water on request.
