The apartment sits on a silent, ground-floor street in a calm residential area, well-connected to public transport. The metro station (U4 and U6 lines) is a short walk away, providing direct access to the city centre (about 5-7 minutes by metro) and Schönbrunn Palace (one stop on the U4). An ice-skating rink is also nearby. Vienna International Airport is 21 km from the apartment. Supermarkets such as Billa, Lidl, and Hofer, as well as bakeries, drugstores, and several restaurants, are within a few hundred metres - very practical for daily errands and meals. The neighbourhood is quiet and feels safe even at night.

The apartment has a private bedroom with a comfortable bed, ensuring quiet separation from the living area - ideal for light sleepers or families. The living room features a high-quality sofa bed that sleeps two adults comfortably when extended. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and a bean-to-cup coffee machine (with fresh beans provided). The bathroom has a spacious shower with hot water, free toiletries, a hairdryer and plenty of clean towels.
