Bangkok National Museum is 1 km away, and Wat Saket is a 17-minute walk. Don Mueang International Airport is 27 km from the property; the airport bus (A4) stops nearby. The BTS Skytrain is a 28-minute walk or a 4-minute bike ride. The area is walkable for exploring the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew, and the old city, with a 7-Eleven just 3 minutes away. Parking in the vicinity is either expensive or restricted, so car travel is not recommended.

Room sizes vary; some are spacious while others are compact, especially for two people. Some rooms have windows (occasionally facing an internal wall or sealed with black foil), and some are internal without natural light. Thin mattresses on plywood bases are reported in certain rooms, while others have comfortable pillow-top beds. Noise insulation between rooms is minimal. There is no lift; stairs are narrow and can be challenging with luggage. The property is quiet due to its temple-side location.

Breakfast included is a basic buffet (bread, spreads, fruit, juice, and sometimes egg dishes). Coffee and Thai iced tea are available. The restaurant opens daily 07:30-18:00 (closed Tuesdays). For a wider selection, several cafés and restaurants, including vegetarian options, are within a short walk.

The spa lounge provides a space for relaxation. The rooftop terrace, accessible via the property, offers distant views of the canal and temples - a quiet spot away from the street. A short walk leads to the Raja Muay Thai stadium.
