Kardinal Studios is on a quiet residential street, approximately 450 m from both St. Marx and Kardinal-Nagl-Platz metro stations, and a short walk from tram stops for direct city-centre access. The Ernst Happel Stadium and the Prater are within walking distance, and Belvedere Palace and St. Charles Church are about a 25-minute walk away. Vienna International Airport is 15 km from the apartment, reachable via metro and a connecting train in under 30 minutes. Several restaurants, a market, and cafés are within 500 m, and a 24-hour vending store is just around the corner.

The studio is equipped with a full kitchenette (stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, kettle, coffee machine), enabling guests to prepare their own meals. There is no restaurant, bar, or breakfast option on site. Within 300-500 m, a variety of restaurants and cafés are available, including Satraj, Ristorante Paolo, Landstein Filet & Wine, Anker Snack & Coffee, Pizzeria Modena, and Heuriger Zur Alten Weinpresse. Several supermarkets and a 24-hour vending store are also nearby for groceries and supplies.

There is no pool, spa, gym, or leisure facility on the property. The surrounding area provides opportunities for ice skating and boating, and the Prater park with its amusement park and green spaces is within walking distance.
