Kasa La Flora sits in the heart of South Beach, just a 4-minute walk to Lummus Park Beach and 400 metres from Versace Mansion. The Art Deco Historic District is a 6-minute walk, and Lincoln Road is 15 minutes on foot. Within 2 km you'll find the Miami Beach Convention Center, numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and museums. The free South Beach Loop trolley runs daily 8 am-11 pm, and Miami International Airport is 16 km away. The area is extremely walkable, but be prepared for significant nightlife noise from nearby clubs that play loud music until early morning.

Rooms come in double, quadruple, and suite configurations. Double rooms offer one bed and a private bathroom with shower; suites include a separate living room and bedroom with two beds. All rooms feature free Wi-Fi, a wardrobe, and streaming services on the TV. Some rooms have a private entrance. A wheelchair-accessible suite with grab rails is available. While some rooms are spacious and modern, others are more basic with limited natural light. Noise from the street and nightlife can penetrate rooms, so light sleepers may prefer upper-floor rooms or bring earplugs. Housekeeping is not provided daily.

Kasa La Flora does not offer any meals or bar service. The location is excellent for food lovers: dozens of restaurants, cafes, and bars are within 0.5 km, including Cuban, Italian, French, Mexican, and ice cream shops. Atelier Monnier French Bakery is 120.1 m away, and several sit-down restaurants line Ocean Drive. A market is 0.5 km away for groceries. Guests who prefer to prepare their own food can request a microwave or kettle from the virtual front desk.

The beach and Lummus Park are just one block away. As part of the resort fee, guests receive two beach chairs available at the Beach Club and beach towels upon request at the property. Sun loungers are also provided. For exploring, bicycle rental is available for an additional charge. There is no pool, gym, spa, or other wellness facilities on site. The area offers biking, walking, and water activities.
