APART-HOTEL DREAM, Malaga

The property is in a quiet residential area, about 10 minutes' walk from Misericordia Beach and 5 km from Malaga Airport (15-20 minutes by bus, 10 minutes by taxi). The metro station is a 5-minute walk, providing a quick connection to the city centre (about 30 minutes on foot, or a few minutes by metro). The local bus stop (3-minute walk) serves the airport and the centre. Within 5 minutes on foot, you'll find a supermarket, fruit market, and several restaurants. The area itself is calm, though some find the immediate neighbourhood 'scruffy'-it is safe and practical, especially for airport proximity and beach access.

The renovated rooms are clean and well-decorated with a modern style. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and basic toiletries. Room sizes vary: some feel spacious with ample closet space, while other rooms are notably compact and may feel claustrophobic for two people, with limited space for luggage. Twin and double room options are available, but the single beds are very narrow and cannot be pushed together. Rooms on the street side have effective soundproofing from outside noise, but internal noise from neighbouring rooms and the shared areas (especially the kitchen) can be audible due to thin walls. Air conditioning is included and works well for cooling, though some units have a periodic buzzing noise from the AC pump even when switched off, which can disturb sleep. Hot water is limited; each water heater provides 10-15 minutes of hot water, requiring a wait for a second shower. Roller blinds provide excellent blackout.

The clean, well-stocked shared kitchen includes all necessary utensils, spices, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Free Nespreso coffee capsules, tea, and basic supplies like oil, salt, and milk are provided daily. There is also a barbecue grill on the terrace. For those who prefer to eat out, several restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute walk, including a tapas bar (Cerveceria Los Palenos) just 0.5 km away. No paid breakfast or restaurant service is available on the property.

The shared terrace provides a pleasant outdoor space with garden furniture, suitable for relaxing in the afternoon or evening. The nearby beach (Misericordia) and seafront promenade offer options for walks, cafés, and restaurants. The Automobile and Fashion Museum is a 7-minute walk; a tour bus stop at the end of the road provides access to other city attractions. There are no wellness facilities such as a pool, spa, or gym on the property.
