KETAN SUITE NADALES, Malaga

The apartment is situated in a residential complex on Benalmádena's main strip, placing a wide selection of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. The beach is accessible on foot, and public bus stops are also nearby for easy connection to the wider coast. While the immediate area is lively with dining options, the apartment itself is set at the back of the building, facing interior gardens, which keeps the living space quiet and removed from street noise. There is no dedicated parking, making arrival by car potentially challenging in peak months, though street parking has been reported as feasible in June.

The apartment's well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering straightforward, with a supermarket just a few minutes away for groceries. For those preferring to eat out, the surrounding streets feature a high concentration of dining options, including Summers bar and bistro, La Despensa Familiar, Da Checco & Paola, and Flying India Restaurant, all within 300 metres. A cafeteria and several additional restaurants are also within a 5-minute walk. There is no restaurant or bar on site, so all meals are either prepared in the apartment or found in the immediate neighbourhood.

The complex offers two free, unheated outdoor pools, typically open from April (seasonal availability). The pools are set within a well-maintained shared garden, with a small stream and plants adding to the peaceful atmosphere. There are no sunbeds around the pools, so bringing a towel or mat is advisable. The beach, a 6-minute walk away, provides a natural alternative for swimming and sunbathing. The apartment itself is a restful base, with many choosing to spend relaxing days by the pool or exploring the local area on foot.

The apartment provides free, reliable WiFi and a flat-screen TV. A washing machine is available in the unit for guest use. A cot / high chair can be provided upon request. The complex does not have a reception desk; check-in and key collection are handled directly with the owner. The no-smoking policy applies throughout the property. There is no luggage storage service or on-site gym. The quiet, community-oriented feel is supported by good management and a secure environment.
