KHL APARTMENTS - SANSIRO, MILANO, Milan

The apartment's main draw is its proximity to San Siro Stadium and the Ippodromo - both reachable on foot in 5-10 minutes, making it a top choice for concert and event-goers. The San Siro Metro station (line M5) is a 10-minute walk, giving direct access to the city centre, Fiera Milano City (4 km), and The Last Supper. Milan Linate Airport is 15 km away. The residential area is quiet, with several restaurants and a gelateria within 300-500 metres, plus a grocery store for self-catering needs. Parking on site is available but must be reserved and paid for separately.

The apartment is a one-bedroom unit with a living room, a separate bedroom featuring a double bed, and a private bathroom with a shower and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, tea and coffee maker, and a washing machine. Air conditioning and heating are provided, and all rooms are non-smoking. Windows open onto an inner courtyard (quiet), while some apartments offer city or side views. The living room sofa can double as an extra sleeping space. Cleanliness and modern furnishings are consistently highlighted, and the apartment feels spacious and comfortable for two people. No daily housekeeping is included, but the unit is fresh and well-maintained.

The apartment does not offer breakfast or a restaurant, but the full kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, utensils) makes self-catering easy. A grocery store is 500 metres away for supplies. Several restaurants and a gelateria are within a 5-minute walk, such as Osteria Ippodromo and Vecchia Osteria. The host provides complimentary snacks, sweets, water, and chocolate - a nice touch for arrivals. For those attending events at San Siro, many nearby eateries are open on event evenings, but some may close early on other days.
