KNIGHTS INN LENOX, Lenox

The motel sits on the main road through Lenox, offering convenient access to local amenities. A laundromat, fast food restaurants (Subway, Papa John's, Panda House) and grocery stores are nearby. The area is well-lit and safe, with several restaurant and bar venues within 1 km. While the motel is a short drive from local attractions, it is off the beaten path, giving a quiet, private feel.

Standard rooms include a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, sitting area, ironing facilities, hairdryer, free toiletries, microwave, AM/FM alarm clock, and carpeted floors. Bedroom amenities often include a refrigerator. The furniture and decor are simple and dated, with worn mattresses, thin towels, and some rooms described as very basic. While some rooms maintain cleanliness and have large bathrooms, others have experienced maintenance issues such as slow-draining tubs, poorly flushing toilets, malfunctioning TV or lamps, broken thermostats, dust, and in some cases, mold or mildew odors. Heating relies on a small wall heater or an air conditioning unit with a heat button, which may not adequately warm the room, especially in cold weather. Rooms facing the road can be noisier, but the property overall is quiet and private.

The motel does not offer breakfast or an on-site dining facility. Guests should plan to eat out. Nearby options include Subway, Papa John's, and Panda House within a 0.3-0.5 km walk. A wider selection of restaurants and bars is located within 1 km. A grocery store and a Dunkin' are within driving distance for self-catering and coffee.

Wellness and leisure facilities are minimal. The motel has a garden where guests can sit and relax. There are no on-site options for a pool, spa, sauna, or fitness center. The quiet, private setting and views of the Berkshire Hills offer a simple outdoor experience.

The motel provides a 24-hour front desk, express check-in/out, daily housekeeping, and room service. Free Wi-Fi is accessible in all areas. Free public parking is available on site without reservation. The staff is generally accommodating and friendly, though some check-in experiences have been less smooth. The office may not be staffed during early morning hours, making it difficult to report issues at checkout. Luggage storage is not confirmed, so plan accordingly.
