For guests who prefer more substantial options or specific meal planning, the fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, refrigerator, tea/coffee maker) allows full self-catering. There is no restaurant on site, but a snack bar, coffeehouse on site, and a bar are available, alongside several pizzerias and a gelateria within a short walk. A minimarket on site makes grocery shopping convenient.

Wellness options are limited to on-site beauty services (e.g., barber/beauty shop). There is no spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. The property does have a garden and a games room with board games/puzzles, which can provide casual leisure for families or groups.

The apartment offers free high-speed WiFi (87 Mbps, suitable for streaming and video calls). Additional services include a laundry (trouser press, ironing) and private check-in/check-out with lockers. Pets are allowed on request with possible extra charges. A minimarket and coffeehouse are on site, and the property is equipped with 24-hour security and key access. There is no airport shuttle. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Maestro, and MasterCard.
