While the complex sits on a slight hill, the walk is manageable for most. Multiple bars and restaurants are within a 3-minute walk, including El Burro, O'Sullivans Irish Bar & Restaurant, and Echoes Cocktail Bar. Free public parking is available nearby with no reservation needed; street parking is also an option.

This first-floor apartment (no staircase) features a private entrance, a separate bedroom, and a living room with a sofa bed. The bedroom has two 90 cm single beds pushed together; the sofa bed is 120 cm wide. Air conditioning is located in the living room but covers the whole apartment. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, and kitchenware. Additional amenities: washing machine, ironing facilities, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a terrace with sea views. Double-glazed windows reduce road noise.
