There are three apartments: one large two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms and two one-bedroom units with a sofa bed suitable for up to 3-4 people. The larger apartment can be configured with a queen bed and two twin beds (the second bedroom converts from one large to two singles). Each apartment has air conditioning, a washing machine, ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV with Bluetooth, a dining table, and free toiletries. Extra amenities include a drying rack and basic kitchen items such as an electric kettle and cookware. Rooms are on two floors: a ground-floor unit is cool and quiet, while the upper floor offers an attic space. The apartments are independent, with keyless entry, and are cleaned before arrival. Extra towels and rubbish removal can be arranged.

The kitchenette includes an electric kettle, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare breakfast and light meals. Several well-reviewed restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries, and grocery stores are within a 2-5 minute walk, including La Gensola, Cajo & Gajo, and Antico Carlone. A large bakery and a supermarket are very close for supplies. For those who prefer dining out, the lively Trastevere area offers countless options, and the property's location means it is easy to return for a rest before heading out again.

The property has no spa, gym, or pool. The main leisure activity is exploring Rome's historic centre on foot, with major sights all within walking distance. The nearby Parco del Gianicolo offers green space and panoramic city views, reachable in about 15 minutes on foot. The apartment's kitchen and comfortable living space make it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. An attic area in some apartments provides extra play space for children.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. A luggage storage office is at Via Ripense,4, about 400 metres away, open from 8/9 am. Self check-in is arranged well in advance for late arrivals. A crib can be provided if requested. Each apartment has a washing machine and a drying rack. An invoice can be provided. Payment is accepted by Visa, Maestro, CartaSi, and MasterCard. There is no on-site reception, but the host is reachable by phone and can arrange large taxis from the airport at good rates. The building has key-only entrance (no electric code).
