The property is within the Aurelian Walls and enjoys a prime location in Trastevere, a lively area packed with authentic eateries, bars, and local shops. The Vatican City is a pleasant walk or a short bus ride away along the Tiber River. Public transport is excellent: major tram lines and bus stops are steps from the door, providing easy access to the Colosseum, Roma Termini, and other attractions. Many key sights, including the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, are within a 20-30 minute walk. Taxis are also readily available nearby. The area is vibrant day and night, ideal for exploring on foot.

Each room is air-conditioned and features a TV, double-glazed windows, soundproof walls, a CD player, an iPod docking station, and a tea and coffee maker. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Room sizes vary; some are spacious enough for three people.
