LAGUNA APARTMENT, Vienna

The apartment includes one bedroom and a living room with a dining table and a sofa bed (the sofa bed is actually a camp bed in the same room). The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Beds are comfortable with clean linen and towels provided. The bathroom is very small: the sink is tiny, there is no proper shelf for toiletries, no shower gel or shampoo provided, and the shower floor may show wear. The unit has soundproof walls, an electric heater (no air conditioning), and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. There is one remote for two TVs, and the refrigerator is old and may not cool effectively. For light sleepers, rooms away from the quiet street are best due to occasional street noise.

The apartment offers only a coffee house on site and a welcome drink. There is no restaurant, bar, or breakfast facility. However, the neighbourhood square has several inexpensive restaurants - including La Cocotte, Nest, Pizzeria Luciano, and Ariston Hellenic Restaurant - all within 0.5 km. The on-site kitchenette is well-equipped for self-catering, and the adjacent Billa supermarket provides fresh groceries.

There is no pool, spa, gym, or garden. The apartment's key leisure amenity is a wood-burning fireplace. For recreation, the location is near an ice-skating rink. The quiet residential area is suitable for low-key stays focused on city exploration rather than on-site recreation.
