LA MACARENA PARQUE TECNOLOGICO, Malaga

The property is situated in a rural fringe of Málaga, offering a tranquil setting well away from urban noise. Driving is the only practical way to reach the city centre, beaches, and major landmarks such as the Picasso Museum or the Automobile and Fashion Museum (both about 15 minutes by car). The nearest restaurants and a small supermarket are about 2 km away. For airport transfers, the 10 km journey takes roughly 15-20 minutes under normal traffic, and the central train station is 16 km distant.

Units feature air conditioning, a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee maker and cookware, plus a washing machine. Bathrooms include a large walk-in shower with good water pressure and a hairdryer. Beds are comfortable and apartments are decorated in a clean, contemporary style. Some lower-level apartments are semi-basement with small high windows and can experience humidity or less natural light; these units are better suited for short overnight stays. The property is quiet overall, though internal walls between units are thin.

Parking is free, private and directly in front of the unit - no reservation needed. Wi-Fi is free but limited to 11 Mbps, adequate for streaming and video calls. The check-in process is self-service via a key box, with the host providing clear video instructions. Reception services are contactless. Cots are available on request. No pets are allowed, and the property is entirely non-smoking. Laundry can be done using the in-unit washing machine.
