RESIDENCE MODERN ART, Venice

The apartment sits on a silent side street within easy walking distance of both the train station (under 10 minutes) and the Rialto Bridge (12-13 minutes). Basilica San Marco and Piazza San Marco are a 20-25 minute walk. The Riva de Biasio vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal is a convenient ferry option when you tire of walking. A supermarket is a short walk away, and eight restaurants and pizzerias lie within 300 metres. Marco Polo Airport is 13-15 km away and reachable by public transport (bus, water taxi, or taxi). The Piazzale Roma bus terminal is also very close. Note that Google Maps may struggle to locate the property's north entrance, which is a narrow shoulder-width passageway. The area has an excellent location score of 9.4.

The apartments range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, each with a private bathroom (shower, hairdryer) and a separate living room with a double sofa bed. Kitchens include a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities. Every apartment is air-conditioned and heated, and includes a washing machine, TV, and ironing facilities. Two- and three-bedroom units have 2 or 3 full bathrooms. The three-bedroom apartments are especially spacious, sleeping up to 8 people with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms contain either double or single beds; bed linen and towels are provided, plus small shampoo and soap. Some doorways are low - taller individuals may need to duck. The living-room couches are comfortable for an adult to sleep on. The property is thoroughly modern, clean, and well-maintained.

The apartment's location provides straightforward access to Venice's waterways: the Riva de Biasio vaporetto stop is within walking distance, and boating activities are available in the surroundings for exploring the canals and lagoon at your own pace. The property itself does not have a pool, spa, or gym, but the city's many cultural attractions - Rialto Bridge, Basilica San Marco, Piazza San Marco - are all reachable on foot, making walking the primary leisure activity.
