The property is located in a quiet street in Huelin, a residential area with a local feel, close to the seafront. San Andres Beach is a 4-minute walk away, and the coastal promenade is ideal for walking or running. The Automobile and Fashion Museum is 400 metres away, and the historic centre (including Picasso Museum Málaga) is about 4 km or a 20-minute bus ride. The metro stop and airport bus (line A) are easily reachable, making car-free access to the city centre and airport (6 km) straightforward. The neighbourhood offers a range of local restaurants, supermarkets (Lidl, Carrefour Express), and cafes, with a metro connection providing quick trips to the historic centre.

The accommodation consists of compact double, twin/double, and family rooms (the latter sleeping up to 3). Each room features a private bathroom (some with a sliding door that may not fully close), air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a small dining area. Rooms vary: some have a balcony or terrace overlooking a quiet street or inner patio, while others have no view. The beds are comfortable, but the room sizes are small; the bathroom is very narrow in most rooms. Sound insulation between rooms is minimal, so noise from neighbours and the street is noticeable. Road-facing rooms and those on the ground floor are less suitable for light sleepers.

The guest house features a sun terrace, a rooftop terrace, a patio, and outdoor seating areas with furniture. There is no pool, spa, gym, or organised activities. The proximity to San Andres Beach (4 minutes on foot) provides a natural setting for swimming, sunbathing, or coastal walks. The shared lounge and terrace are suitable for relaxing or working outdoors.
