The property is 6 km from Malaga Airport and a short walk from San Andres Beach. A bus stop directly outside provides service to the airport and city centre, making car-free trips easy. The city centre is about a 15-minute bus ride away. The local area offers a choice of supermarkets (including Mercadona and Lidl), casual restaurants, and a fresh market. Walking to the central train station takes roughly 20 minutes. The neighbourhood has a local, non-touristy feel but can feel less busy at night.

Each room is compact and includes a double bed (many noted as smaller than standard), a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with city views. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and free toiletries. The private bathroom is en-suite but very small - those with limited mobility or larger frames may find it tight. The rooms are part of a three-bedroom shared apartment with a well-equipped common kitchen and lounge.
