The Automobile and Fashion Museum is 300 metres away. The street is one-way and generally quiet, but some noise from nearby bars and street traffic can occur, especially on weekend evenings. Parking in the area is extremely difficult - the recommended free parking area is near Parque de Huelin, a 10-minute walk away. The property does not offer parking or an airport shuttle, so using public transport or a taxi (approximately €20-25 from the airport) is practical.

The beach promenade also has several chiringuitos (beach bars) serving seafood and drinks. For a wider choice of restaurants, the city centre is 15-30 minutes away on foot or by bus/metro.
