The studios sit on the edge of Málaga's historic core, giving direct walking access to Calle Larios, the Alcazaba, and the Picasso Museum within about 10 minutes. La Malagueta Beach is a comfortable 18-minute walk, and a large supermarket (Maskom) is 200 metres away. The street itself is relatively quiet for central Málaga, though some side streets in the immediate vicinity feel less polished late at night; solo travellers may prefer to use taxis after dark. The building has a lift, and the airport is about 20 minutes by taxi or bus from nearby stops. A bus station is reachable in about 40 minutes on foot for longer regional connections.

Each studio is a compact, open-plan space designed for short stays, with a private entrance, a shower-only bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and kettle. Bed configurations vary from one double bed to setups with a double bed plus a sofa bed that extends into a proper single bed. A private balcony or terrace is available in most units, but not all; superior studios are more reliably fitted with a balcony and may also include a small courtyard-view outdoor area. The apartment also benefits from air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. Soundproofing between units and from the street is minimal, which can affect light sleepers. Regardless of unit, the noise from both neighbouring apartments and street activity is a characteristic to plan around.

The building provides a lift, a communal rooftop sun terrace with city views, and a fitness centre, all free of charge. Paid laundry facilities are available on the lower floor. Luggage storage is accessible via coin-operated lockers (€2) inside the building. The property is entirely contactless: there is no physical reception desk, and all communication is handled remotely by staff who speak English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese. Parking is available in a private on-site garage for €15 per day with reservation; there are no height restrictions. Pets are allowed for a €10 fee per stay. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro, and UnionPay. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional charge.
