Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona are among the nearby attractions, and Ciampino Airport is 18 km from the apartment. The street itself is quiet, with a bus stop almost outside, a train station less than five minutes' walk, and a supermarket about two minutes away. Restaurants, cafés, gelaterie, shops and a minimarket are clustered within roughly 300 m, giving quick access to daily essentials without the density of the tourist core.

The flat contains one double and one triple bedroom - three beds in total - so it suits a family or two couples; the kitchen and balcony are part of the whole flat and shared between the two rooms. Both bedrooms and bathrooms have natural light, with free toiletries in each bathroom. The apartment sits on the second floor with a lift. Rooms feel spacious, and the interior is clean, recently renovated and well maintained, with tiled floors, air conditioning, heating, a work desk, washing machine, ironing facilities and flat-screen TV.
