The apartments sit in a quiet neighbourhood about 20 minutes on foot from the city centre and 10 minutes by bus. Two metro lines are within a two-minute walk, providing quick access to central Madrid and the Prado/Reina Sofia museum area. The area is well served by supermarkets, restaurants, and tapas bars. Madrid Rio park, with walking trails, playgrounds, and bridges, is a 10-15 minute walk. The street is quiet and secure, with easy access to Carrefour and other shops.

Each apartment has one separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living area with a sofa, a dining area, and a kitchen. The private bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, and shampoo/body wash provided. The kitchen is stocked with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, cookware, and utensils. Amenities include a TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, ironing facilities, and high ceilings. The apartments are clean, well-insulated (warm in winter without heating), and soundproofed. Bedrooms are spacious with modern decor.

Each unit includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, cookware, and kitchen utensils - everything needed to prepare meals.
