LAVIE MAISON I MARAIS FAMILY WITH TERRACE, Paris

The property sits in one of Paris's most desirable neighbourhoods, surrounded by lively streets with bakeries, restaurants, and boutiques. The Bastille Metro station is very close, providing direct access to major attractions and transport hubs. Despite its central position, the area is quiet at night, offering restful sleep. The location is ideal for travellers who want to walk to landmarks like Notre Dame or easily connect to Gare de Lyon for train journeys.

The space is compact but well-organised, containing everything a couple or small family needs for a comfortable stay. The living area includes a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, while the separate bedroom offers quality bedding. The bathroom is private with a rainfall shower and good water pressure. The terrace provides outdoor seating-a valuable quiet escape in central Paris. The ground-floor location means no stairs to climb, and the apartment is clean with modern furnishings.

The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine, making self-catering straightforward. The surrounding Marais streets are packed with bakeries (such as Boulangerie Saint Antoine just 300 metres away), casual bistros, and restaurants like Chez Janou and L'Ange 20 (both 0.5 km). This area is perfect for those who enjoy exploring local food options rather than relying on hotel dining.

The apartment offers a smooth self-service experience with private entry and exit. The host is responsive and can arrange airport pickup or drop-off on request. Essential safety features include fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. Guests looking for added convenience will appreciate the free WiFi and the flexibility of a pet-friendly policy with no surcharge. Parking is not available, so using public transport or shuttle transfers is recommended.
