APPARTEMENT QUARTIER PANTHEON FREE NETFLIX, Paris

Rue Mouffetard is a well-stocked street for daily essentials: bakeries, supermarkets, cheese shops, and a wide variety of restaurants are within a 2- to 5-minute walk. The closest metro station (Place Monge, line 7) is a 4-minute walk, providing direct access to major attractions like the Louvre and Opéra Garnier. The RER B station at Luxembourg (20-minute walk) offers a direct line to both CDG and Orly airports. Key sights are walkable: Pantheon (10 min), Notre Dame (30 min), Jardin des Plantes (15 min), and the Seine (15 min). The neighbourhood feels quiet at night and safe even late.

The apartment is one of the larger short-stay units in Paris (approx. 60 m2), divided into a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a fold-out sofa bed that sleeps two. The sofa bed is a fold-out couch-not a proper mattress-so it is best suited for short stays or children. The bedroom offers ample wardrobe storage, while shelves and cabinets are available in the main room. Heating is efficient. There is no air conditioning; during warmer months natural ventilation is managed by opening windows. A fan is provided. The windows have curtains, but shutters are non-functional and blackout curtains are lacking in the living area, meaning morning light can wake those sleeping on the sofa bed. The city-facing balcony runs the width of the living room and is large enough to sit out; a second, smaller balcony is sometimes accessible via the garden.

The kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, washing machine, and a full set of basic cookware and utensils. Plates and glassware are minimal-if you intend to cook for four, bring extra cups or bowls for breakfast. Rue Mouffetard, a 2-minute walk away, is lined with bakeries (for fresh baguettes and croissants), fruit and vegetable stalls, cheese shops, and a medium-sized supermarket. Bistros, crêperies, and casual restaurants are abundant in all directions. The owner does not offer breakfast, but many cafés serve it. The large balcony is ideal for morning coffee or a simple meal.

The primary leisure feature of the apartment is the hot tub. Use of a fitness centre is available at an additional charge. The surrounding Latin Quarter offers cycle paths and walking routes; the Jardin des Plantes is a 15-minute walk and is ideal for a relaxed afternoon walk or a picnic. For guests seeking a more active stay, the property can arrange bike tours and walking tours for an extra fee.

WiFi is free and available in the apartment. Express check-in and check-out are provided, along with an invoice. A paid shuttle service can be arranged for airport transfers, and car hire is available. For laundry, a paid washing machine and dryer are available, along with dry cleaning and ironing services at an additional cost. Safety features include a fire extinguisher and smoke alarms. No pets are allowed, and smoking is prohibited throughout the property. Parking is not available. The reception desk has staff who speak English and French, but all key communication is done via WhatsApp.
