Several supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants are within two blocks, making self-catering straightforward. The location is extremely walkable to central sights, though there is no on-site parking.

The 65 m2 apartment comprises two independent bedrooms (one queen bed, two single beds) plus a sofa bed in the living room, sleeping four adults comfortably or six with use of the sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The living area includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dining table, and parquet flooring. Central air conditioning is in the living room, with an additional portable unit in the main bedroom. Soundproofed walls and double-glazed windows keep road noise low. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, kettle, and utensils. Bedroom configuration means no need to walk through one to reach the other. The second-floor apartment is served by a lift.
