The street itself is lined with cafés, bars and restaurants such as Chai House, Gecko Bar, Tom Yum Kung and Madame Musur Bar & Restaurant, all within 0.3-0.5 km. However, the entrance is down a narrow, unsignposted alley that can be difficult to find even with a map. Taxis may struggle to locate it. The area is lively at night because of nearby nightlife, but the immediate street is relatively quiet.

Additional dining details are limited. The on-site options are a bar and a coffee shop. The immediate street offers a wide variety of independent restaurants and bars within a 2-minute walk, giving guests plenty of choice for meals outside the hotel.

The pool is located at a neighbouring hotel, approximately 200 metres away, and is equally accessible to Lazy Sunday Khaosan guests. It is open year-round from 09:00 to 22:00, with sun loungers and beach chairs provided. Some guests have noted the pool area can be busy, but it offers a space to relax away from the city noise.
